Manage the assigned functional area (Receiving, Picking, Packing, or Shipping), including department-specific operational responsibilities supporting the Exotec automation system, MAWMS, Deep Sky ASRS, inventory integrity, Brand service expectations, and cross-functional workflow coordination, directly and/or through assigned Supervisors, Leads, and supporting clerical staff. Partner with Inventory Control to investigate and resolve pack-related discrepancies, including short-picks, mispicks identified at packing, and inventory adjustments required to correct MAWMS/Deep Sky synchronization issues.
