The Director ensures Microsoft 365 services are reliable, scalable, user focused, and aligned with business objectives, while partnering closely with Identity, Security, Compliance, and Endpoint teams that retain focused, and aligned with business objectives, while partnering closely with Identity, Security, Compliance, and Endpoint teams that retain ownership of their respective platforms. This role owns the day to day, and strategic management of the Microsoft 365 tenant workloads related to messaging, collaboration, content, and productivity, excluding identity, security platforms, compliance tooling, and endpoint management.
