Associate or Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Operations/Maintenance Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred (equivalent combination of relevant education, technical training, and industrial experience will be considered).Three to five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar maintenance environment. Ability to work on the plant floor around industrial machinery wearing required PPE.Willingness and ability to work outside normal business hours, including overtime, weekends, holidays, emergency call-ins, and planned shutdowns as required.
