Position: Director of DiscipleshipThe Director of Discipleship will lead the spiritual culture of Power Cross by building strong relationships with participants, coaches, families, volunteers, and community partners while creating engaging Biblical teaching and discipleship opportunities across all athletic programs. Through mentorship, athletics, accountability, Biblical teaching, and authentic relationships, Power Cross is committed to helping young men grow spiritually, emotionally, academically, and socially while preparing them to lead their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities.
