Champions equity, inclusion, and belonging across camp programs, policies, and practices, ensuring every camper, participant, volunteer, and employee experiences a welcoming environment where diverse backgrounds, identities, abilities, and perspectives are respected, valued, and supported. Oversees the Camper Support and Health Center programs, ensuring systems, resources, and interventions are in place to promote campers' physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.
