Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations & Engagement, this position provides guidance and support to employees, supervisors, event guests, 4-H youth program participants, visitors, and applicants across all campuses when health conditions or religious beliefs affect employment, access to campus activities, or the workplace. The Division of Human Resources partners with leaders, faculty, and staff across Kansas State University to build a thriving, people-centered workplace that supports the university’s mission of teaching, research, and service.
