Understands and is knowledgeable of all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA), Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), and Environmental Protection Agency to ensure environmental, health, and safety processes are executed and in compliance. All resumes or candidate profiles submitted by recruitment vendors or headhunters to any employee at Pilgrim''s or via the applicant tracking system, in any form without a valid written request and search agreement previously approved by HR, will be solely owned by Pilgrim''s.
