Demonstrate the necessary leadership and management skills to lead the assigned maintenance workforce, which may include scheduled/unscheduled maintenance work centers, flightline, aviation life support systems, ground support equipment and off site aircraft repair/recovery, in complying with the government contract (PWS), NAMP program, company, maintenance instructions, and company policies and procedures to ensure safe and expeditious support of the Navy's Flight Training Program. Must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.
