Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, use manual dexterity for scanning, packing, and handling products, maintain hand-eye coordination, and occasionally operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and man-up machines. Partners with New Hire Orientation to welcome and onboard new employees; provides facility orientation (e.g., parking, entrances, badge access, time clocks, common areas) and supports their transition into the department.
