This includes, but is not limited to, carpentry, painting, plastering/spackling, minor plumbing and electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, furniture repair and assembly, floor and ceiling repair, masonry/concrete/tile work, and hanging shelving/decorations. As directed by the DFO, be available to support the maintenance staff in executing set-ups and take-downs for various scheduled events, receiving deliveries, escorting maintenance vendors, etc.
