The Director will work directly with leaders across the full Americas business, spanning Ports & Terminals, Contract Logistics, Freight Forwarding, and corporate functions including HR, Finance, and Technology, to identify and prioritize AI opportunities, define the regional AI roadmap, design and deploy practical solutions, and drive measurable adoption in day-to-day operations.
