This includes responsibility for the flawless execution of all functions at the facility, including: (1) planning and executing successfully against daily, weekly and annual operational goals to meet store service requirements; (2) recruiting, training, and managing a diverse and talented associate population; (3) developing and nurturing a positive (associate relations), focused, safe and productive work environment; (4) managing relationships with store customers, local community, suppliers to the facility, and corporate support; (5) ensuring all corporate policies and procedures are followed consistently and short and long term plans are implemented successfully; and (6) ensuring effective stewardship of company resources.
