JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for facility/maintenance services for multiple sites, company-wide inspections, maintenance and cross training programs, identification and implementation of cost-savings initiatives, long-term capital projects, maintenance, facilities, safety and security contracts. Manage through leadership, the maintenance functions in all areas of building/equipment maintenance, including utilities service, machine repair, conveyor systems, compressed air systems, HVAC, fire/life safety systems, as well as, plumbing/water and sewer.
