Responsible for assisting the Production Manager in the overall management of operations to include quality, product safety, associate safety, making production metrics, staffing, budgeting, maintenance, and raw material planning. Completes daily administrative tasks and monitor compliance of the Associates including completing performance management reports, labor reconciliation, Associate scheduling, etc.
