The zone manager is directly responsible for leading a team of supervisors, engineer(s), continuous improvement engineer(s), process support engineer (where applicable) dedicate to the Zone, while also collaborating with schedulers, analysts, training, safety resources, and other support groups and functional leaders. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including quality, maintenance, engineering, scheduling, safety, and training/development to ensure alignment and sustained results.
