Key responsibilities include: - Overseeing all quality improvement activity and coordinating patient safety data reporting, analysis, and clinical outcomes at the facility level- Developing, implementing, and managing the accreditation and regulatory compliance program- Leading an integrated approach to performance improvement, core measures, and occurrence reporting- Initiating and managing all investigational and evaluation activities related to professional and general liability occurrences and pre-litigation files- Serving as the facility's internal resource on clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory matters- Providing risk management assessment of processes, procedures, and programs, including in-service education and provider consultation What You Bring - BSN required; Master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred- Active RN licensure in Texas, Compact eligible, or by endorsement- Minimum 10 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse- 2–5 years of experience in Quality or Risk Management- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; additional languages a plus What We Offer - Base salary: Commensurate with experience- Relocation assistance available for the right candidate- Full benefits package (full-time assignment)- Collaborative, team-member-focused culture Why the East Dallas Area This part of the Metroplex sits at the edge of where Dallas gives way to wide-open Texas — close enough to the city for every amenity, far enough out to breathe.
