The Assistant Director also acts as a Career Services liaison to employer-facing stakeholders across the college, including academic Deans, faculty, department chairs, alumni relations, workforce and community partners, and student organizations, working to uncover new employer partnership opportunities and connect recruiters to relevant talent pipelines. This includes conducting proactive outreach to new employers across industries through a maintained schedule of site visits, pitch meetings, and follow-up on new leads, and expanding and nurturing relationships with existing partners by consulting on positioning, recommending ways to enhance visibility, and capturing and reporting on market and recruiting trends and hiring data.
