Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians while fostering a hands-on, lead-by-example culture Oversee daily maintenance activities, staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management Develop, implement, and improve preventative and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability Troubleshoot and support mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems Analyze maintenance KPIs, downtime trends, and equipment performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Utilize CMMS systems and maintenance data for planning, tracking, and decision-making Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to ensure critical components are available Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement long-term corrective actions to prevent recurring failures Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
