Assist Meaningful Day Direct Support Professionals on how to provide systematic instruction and other teaching methods that help Persons in small and/or large groups to learn skills to work in competitive integrated employment; such as, time management, strategies for completing tasks, interpersonal skills, effective communication, and how to problem-solve. Attend Person Centered Planning Meetings and assist with developing goals and outcomes using person-centered practices, assisting people to make informed choices, develop strategies, take risks, follow through on responsibilities, and achieve their goals.
