Working closely with program leadership, technical teams, consultants, and client stakeholders, the Technical Director ensures alignment between program objectives, delivery strategies, organizational priorities, and performance outcomes. This role provides leadership and oversight of program management functions that enable effective planning, coordination, performance monitoring, governance, and delivery across complex multidisciplinary programs.
