This role serves as the primary liaison between our IT Application Development, HR, Payroll, and agency stakeholders, driving scalable solutions that ensure system integrity, compliance, and high-quality service delivery across the enterprise. This position is responsible for leading the design, configuration, optimization, and support of Workday, ensuring alignment with statewide HR business requirements, policies, collective bargaining agreements, and operational priorities.
