The role develops and manages the project-specific Quality Control Plan, definable-feature controls, preparatory activities, inspections and tests, nonconformance and corrective-action processes, quality records, and acceptance documentation in coordination with the Project Manager, Project Executive, Superintendent, Construction Project Engineer, design professionals, trade partners, testing agencies, and client representatives. Support the Quality Control Plan release gate with the Project Manager, Project Executive, and Superintendent by confirming that quality roles, definable features of work, high-risk controls, inspection and test requirements, records locations, and meeting cadence are complete.
