This position reports to the Vice President, Customer Supply Excellence and works closely with cross-functional partners across Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Engineering, New Product Innovation, IT, Sales Operations, and distributor/customer networks throughout the Americas. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $149,400.00 - $196,100.00 (posting salary range) + 25% target short term incentive + target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
