The Planner will report to the Planning Manager and will be responsible for planning rotating-equipment work packages, developing detailed work scopes for pumps, compressors, steam turbines, and related equipment, preparing cost and man-hour estimates, requisitioning materials, and contributing to maintenance productivity by ensuring rotating-equipment work is planned efficiently, effectively and safely. Responsible for reviewing and processing work notifications into work orders ensuring proper authorization, priority, completeness, accuracy and determines craft skills needed, sequence of work to be performed and estimates man hours, material, tools, and equipment needed.
