Participate in closeout process and assist with preparation of final records for projects, e.g., Requests for Information (RFIs), closeout records, warranties, as-builts, spare parts, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) product manuals, O&Ms, inventory, and evaluate information to ensure compliance with contract documents. Track and document product related issues from clients, Owners, Representatives, designers, consultants, General Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors, and escalate to appropriate supervisor.
