This individual will lead and develop a team of supply chain managers and other planning professionals in overseeing supply chain processes including sales & operational planning, inventory planning, supply planning, mid to long term supply and inventory strategies, new products launch planning, SKU optimization, E&O management, fill rate maximization, and process improvement. Develop annual global inventory targets and strategies, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, finance and product development teams to optimize inventory turns while maintaining targeted in stock and fill rates to customers, and supporting Horizon Growth strategies.
