What you'll do: As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the primary function of the Supply Chain Manager is to plan, direct, and coordinate all supply chain and customer service functions for the Cleveland, TN facility, including procurement (internal and external suppliers), materials/inventory management, receiving and warehouse operations, material handling, and logistics. Lead procurement strategy for the plant and help set strategic sourcing direction for the overall Panelboard and Switchboard product line, including meeting objectives for NPD sourcing, PROLaunch on-time performance, dual sourcing, supplier quality, early supplier involvement, and lead time reduction.
