Collaborating with seed agronomists, processing planners, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Stewardship, Sales, Marketing and R&D, and maintaining productive relationships with growers, inspectors, equipment suppliers and regulatory agencies. In this role, you will ensure safe, efficient and high-quality seed processing; lead and develop plant employees; coordinate production, maintenance and inventory activities; and partner across functions to achieve operating, quality, stewardship and business objectives.
