Organize, facilitate, and lead Supply Chain Capability Building events and workshops, including Kaizen events focused on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Integrity, Transportation/Logistics, Material Handling, and/or Lean Supply Chain Concepts. Identify, prioritize, and drive / support high-impact SC improvement initiatives globally, with focus on inventory reduction, lead time compression, freight cost reduction, service level improvement, working capital optimization, and the development of others.
