Where you come in: You partner closely with Human Resources and business partners to provide day to day counseling, supervise investigations, evaluate legal risks and provide subject matter expertise on a broad range of labor and employment issues, including recruiting and hiring, training, employee management, complex leaves of absences, and HR best practices. You proactively develop, update, and implement employment policies and programs (including hiring practices, performance management, employee relations, internal investigations, terminations, leaves of absence, accommodations, compensation, and benefits) to ensure best practices and compliance with applicable laws and regulations in partnership with the HR subject matter experts.
