Extensive knowledge and experience with controllable solid propulsion (CSP) capabilities and technologies, including demonstrated experience in partnering with all business functions including: business development, proposal management, program management, program finance, program planning/scheduling, control account management, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality assurance and human resources to create comprehensive strategies and program plans that ensure the on-time delivery of all contract deliverables meeting schedule and deliverable requirements. The Director, Advanced Technology Programs is responsible for all phases of program execution for the Strategic Systems Division Advanced Technology programs portfolio (e.g., TRL/MRL between 1 and 5) and for the functional management of assigned program management personnel.
