Schedule & Cost Management - Develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS); monitor critical path, forecast variances, and initiate corrective actions; Own the program budget (cost to complete, earned value), track cash flow, and report financial health to Finance and Executives; Conduct trade studies and value engineering reviews to protect margin while meeting performance goals. Your responsibilities will include: Program Leadership - Define, maintain, and communicate the program baseline (schedule, budget, performance metrics); Lead integrated product‑development teams (airframe, propulsion, systems, avionics, certification, operations); Chair program review boards and provide concise status briefings to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
