Key Responsibilities: Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry through delivery Coordinate shipments, transportation requirements, and customer orders Ensure accurate pricing, inventory availability, invoicing, and order fulfillment Investigate and resolve customer issues, shipment delays, deductions, and discrepancies Work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Sales teams to improve service performance Analyze service metrics including order fill rates, on-time delivery, invoice accuracy, and case fill Maintain customer scorecards and supply chain reporting Utilize SAP, Excel, and reporting tools to manage data and operational insights Support process improvements and customer service excellence initiatives Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years of related experience 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management, Transportation, or Logistics Strong Microsoft Excel skills including data manipulation and reporting Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders Consumer Products / CPG industry experience EDI order processing Transportation or logistics coordination Supply chain analytics and reporting Customer deduction resolution Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
