This leader owns the site's Quality Management System and drives quality performance across the complete manufacturing value stream, including incoming materials, electronics and PCBA manufacturing, fabricated components, finishing, assembly, final test, and shipment. The Quality Manager partners closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Service, and Product Development to prevent defects, resolve quality issues, reduce Cost of Poor Quality, and continuously improve product and process capability.
