The Material Industrial Engineer will primarily lead and support complex labor rebalance, material layout design, material flow, and material automation projects that involve collaboration between several in-plant departments, Headquarters engineering organizations, UAW Team Members, and third-party suppliers and contractors. Partner with engineering, operations, and other organizations to design new material packaging, bulk material gravity flow racks, dollies, and material staging stands to ensure designs meet quality, safety, ergonomic, and throughput requirements.
