What You Will Do: -Participate as lead staff member responsible for operation and performance of entire operation -Lead multi-disciplined plant team in meeting monthly forecasts and appropriate business metric -Develop strategic manufacturing direction and planning for 1-3 year planning horizon -Direct preparation of operational budgets and coordinates capital plans, appropriation requests, and project follow up -Accountable for leading manufacturing, environment, health & safety, engineering, quality, human resources, and finance to achieve business objectives -Implement quarter-over-quarter improvement strategies -Manage the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing process -Analyze and implement process flow, inventory and velocity improvements This is a high-profile position, offering an excellent opportunity for continued advancement.
