Develop HSE programs, procedures, and training initiatives, as needed to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury caused by chemical, physical, and biological agents or ergonomic factors, and implement in accordance with review and approval of the HSE Manager. Train all new employees and temporary workers to ensure each is prepared to work safety in the workplace, and prevent pollution releases from the facility, and ensure training effectiveness.
