Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as healthcare providers, behavioral health organizations, social service agencies, criminal justice partners, schools, housing programs, and community-based organizations. § Conduct outreach activities in Region 1 and surrounding areas, including shelters, clinics, hospitals, courts, DFCS offices, faith-based organizations, and community events, including presentations, events, meetings, and site visits.
