The Engineering Manager oversees maintenance operations across lodging units, F&B outlets, retail locations, recreation facilities, transportation assets, and common areas, including preventative maintenance planning, work order execution, capital project support, and emergency response coordination. The role is also responsible for maintaining all aquatic facilities, including pool systems, ensuring proper water chemistry, filtration and circulation performance, regulatory compliance, and seasonal opening and closing readiness.
