Your typical week will involve approximately 10 half-days of clinic, 4 half-days of endoscopy, dedicated block time for robotic and open surgeries, and managing an average of 60th-70th percentile combined productivity with a patient demographic spanning ages 17+. To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional surgical skills, a dedication to patient-centered care, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-specialty environment that includes General Surgery, Endocrine Surgery, a Trauma team, and the Dignity Health Hernia Institute.
