This role owns the structure, rigor, and operating cadence that support capital decision-making for Shared Services capital, inclusive of Technology (Data, Digital, Enterprise Applications), and Inspire Company Restaurants (ICR) capital with scope over platforms, business intelligence, infrastructure, and other investments tied to measurable returns. Serve as the day-to-day lead for enterprise capital planning, governance, and portfolio framing across Shared Services, inclusive of Technology, and ICR investment categories, ensuring all proposed spend is evaluated consistently against company priorities, timing constraints, funding capacity, and return expectations.
