Ideal candidates will be board certified/eligible in thoracic surgery with added qualifications in minimally invasive and/or robotic thoracic surgery and clinical experience in a significant spectrum of malignant and benign non-cardiac thoracic surgery of the chest, mediastinum and foregut. MU Health care strongly supports the growth and development of general thoracic surgery in both general and cancer surgery, through sustained and significant investment in multidisciplinary cancer care, surgical care of cancer disease of the chest, clinical trials, and translational research.
