p>Job Summary: The Surgery Service Line Physician Administrator serves as the clinical executive leader responsible for shaping, elevating, and sustaining the performance of CaroMont Health surgery service line with direct influence over clinical quality, patient experience, medical leadership, strategic direction, operational efficiency, economic performance, and the long-term viability of all surgical programs.
The surgery service line administrator oversees the continuum of surgical specialties including general surgery, breast surgery, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, ENT, neurosurgery, anesthesia, GI, dental, oral and maxillofacial surgery, urology, and now will have the additional responsibility of supporting the team and patients previously managed by the Musculoskeletal Service Line.
