The RN collaborates closely with surgeons, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care, provide education, facilitate treatment planning, and ensure exceptional clinical outcomes. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, compassion, and the ability to manage complex patient needs in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
