This hybrid role supports clinic and perioperative operations by managing the MyChart inbox, ordering imaging (including CT scans), coordinating pre-certifications, screening and scheduling patients, ensuring completion of labs and pre-operative work, retrieving outside imaging, preparing provider schedules, and assisting with Wednesday clinic visits (rooming patients and obtaining vital signs).
