The lead is the highest seniority RN on schedule, we have minimal staffing for the Emergency dept and Medsurg, 2 licensed nurses and one CNAAre there nurse aids on this unit/RatiosCNA's complete hourly rounding, take blood sugars, vital signs and patient cares when scheduledRT Equipment (i.e., Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, vents, etc.)No RT, we have Bipap, high flow and a Hamilton T1 vent, these patients are usually transported to a higher level of careShifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling?
