Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required enabling an effective leadership interface with other departments, all levels of management, professional and support staff, customers, potential customers, and government representatives. + Must have strong laboratory / field testing skills and have experience with test equipment, such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
