The Construction Surveillance Technician (CST), assigned to a high-profile client site, is responsible for monitoring both cleared and un-cleared personnel to ensure that no clandestine electronic eavesdropping equipment, destructive devices, or unauthorized building materials are installed in the building during all phases of construction. Monitor, observe, and interact with the construction workers as they accomplish their various tasks to preclude the introduction of electronic, electrical, mechanical, or any other type of hostile surveillance monitoring devices into finished construction.
