What You'll Do: • Responsible for the design and delivery of the interior aspects of a project that include programming client needs, space planning, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration • Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting • Provide design support and documentation to communicate design ideas from concept to completion including three-dimensional development, graphic presentation, and construction documents. What You'll Need: • Bachelors degree in interior design, from an accredited program • 5+ years of interior design experience • NCDIQ certification, preferred • Experience in maintaining client relationships • AutoCAD and Revit experience, required • Sketch-up experience, desired.
