Reporting to the VP - Structures, a Transportation Project Engineer will assist in various tasks including plan preparation, quantity calculations, geometric design, pavement marking/signing, structural design, drainage design, traffic studies, traffic signal design, public involvement, report writing, specifications, cost estimates, roadway lighting, and other related tasks. As a Project Engineer at Orion, you will have the opportunity to work with great leaders of the industry on a wide variety of projects in transportation engineering and hone your technical skills while gaining broad exposure to project accounting, client service, marketing and product and business development.
